Meeting wellness
Your last 4 weeks and next 2, counted inside your working hours.
Calculating…
My meeting links
Your personal link, plus every meeting type you can be booked for.
Copy my invites to
Other addresses of yours (for example a personal Gmail) that get a private copy of the invite whenever you are booked. Like a BCC: the prospect and other guests never see these addresses, and updates or cancellations follow automatically.
My working hours
These hours apply to you only. You are only offered inside them (in your time zone) and inside each meeting type's hours. On meeting types shared with others, your colleagues can still be booked when you are outside your hours.
Linked calendars
Busy time on any of these calendars, plus your work calendar, blocks you from being offered to prospects.
Google accounts
Sign in to a personal Google account and pick which of its calendars count. Only busy times and calendar names are read.
Calendar links (iCal / ICS)
Availability

Link another calendar
Paste the calendar's private iCal (ICS) address. It is stored securely and only used to read busy times for the next 60 days.
Where to find your calendar address
Google Calendar (personal Gmail)
- Open Google Calendar settings signed in to that account.
- Under Settings for my calendars on the left, click the calendar.
- Scroll to Integrate calendar and copy Secret address in iCal format.
Several calendars on one account? Each Google calendar (for example Personal, Family, Birthdays) has its own secret address. Link each one you want counted; each shows up here with its own name and its own on/off switch.
A Google share link (one with ?cid=) works only for calendars that are made public. For a private calendar, use the secret iCal address above.
Outlook.com / Microsoft 365
- In Outlook on the web, open Settings → Calendar → Shared calendars.
- Under Publish a calendar, choose the calendar and set permissions to Can view when I'm busy (shares busy times only).
- Click Publish, then copy the ICS link.
Apple iCloud
- On iCloud.com Calendar or the Calendar app, click the share icon next to the calendar.
- Turn on Public Calendar and copy the link (it starts with
webcal://). - Note: anyone with an iCloud public link can view that calendar. Prefer Google or Outlook if you can.
Anything else
Any calendar that offers an iCal, ICS, or "subscribe" address works. Only events from today through the next 60 days are read; older history is ignored. Events marked free or cancelled are ignored too. Changes show up within about 5 minutes.
