Admin access

Team sign-in

Use your Assessed Intelligence Google account. Admins go to the scheduler; everyone else goes to their own page for meeting links, working hours, and calendars.

Each meeting type has its own link, people, and rules. A time shows only when one of its people is free.

Team

Everyone who can be assigned to a meeting type. Turning someone off removes them from every type's availability.

Team meetings

Saved, reusable links with internal primary and secondary participants. Switch each on or off; optionally let external participants vote on the time.

One-time meetings

Single-use links that close once booked, or a poll that books the best time once every external participant has voted. Shows every PM's links.

Shared calendars

Calendars that booked meetings can be added to. Turn each on for meeting types, one-time links, or both. Meetings with no shared calendar still send invites to everyone; they just are not added to a shared calendar.

Find a calendar's ID in Google Calendar under Settings → (the calendar) → Integrate calendar. Share the calendar with noreply@assessedintelligence.com set to Make changes to events so meetings can be added to it.

Topics

The "What would you like to discuss?" list. After booking, prospects go to the topic's page; leave it blank to use the meeting type's page.

HubSpot

Creates or updates the contact and company, adds a note with the proposed times, and logs the confirmed meeting with its owner.
